The Gold Coast Central Seventh-day Adventist Church has been part of the Gold Coast community since 1950, having its early beginnings in Southport and moving to Nerang in 2009 to serve the community as the Life Development Centre.
We exist to draw our community into a loving relationship with Jesus
We see ourselves as a church that knows, experiences and shares our hope in Jesus Christ
For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. (1 Cor 3:11)
In everything we do, we aim to empower people to have a relationship and connection with God, and to live biblically centred lives.
Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being. (1 Cor 10:24)
Everyone, regardless of race, creed, background, or generation is welcome with us. The first step to believing is belonging and as such we are committed to developing a culture of ‘family’.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matt 6:33)
We believe the core function of the church is to carry on the mission of Christ.
It is our calling in every ministry of our church and in the life of every individual to be making disciples who make disciples.
